Create a central band to go around the core bead using Tilas or Karos and then connect them all , embellish the top and do some netting to close up both ends. It makes a great accent bead to a larger focal bead, or make a bunch of these and string them together for a unique necklace or bracelet. This beaded bead pattern has detailed instructions and diagrams.
